In order to pre-qualify your loan, we will need the following faxed or emailed to our office:

  • 2004, 2005, and 2006 federal tax returns with all schedules and attachments
  • 2007 Year-to-date Profit & Loss Statement
  • Business Assets & Liabilities (must be dated same as P&L Statement)
  • Photos, postcards, or brochures
• Personal
